Loss of Eligibility process ending coverage for spouse

When I run the Reevalute Designee Eligibility process, it is also ending the coverage for the spouse. I have an eligibility profile set on the Plan Type in the Program to look at age over 26 and the relationship (child, step child, foster child, DP child). However, every time I run the Reevalute Designee Eligibility process it is also ending the coverage for the spouse. Does anyone know why this would happen?
