Custom fields in Performance Documents

Hi Team,

We have a requirement, where we want to capture few custom ratings and feedback in Performance Documents. Now these ratings should not be a part of normal Evaluation Topic like Goals, etc and these has to be a separate section. We tried creating DFFs for this, but the issue is that the feedback provided in these DFFs are immediately visible to employees after manager provides feedback and saves the document. We tried customizing visibility of these DFFs based on the task/status of the document using EL, but unfortunately couldn't achieve it and upon raising this with Oracle, Oracle confirmed that we cannot manage visibility of
