Looking for best time to set a report to run to collect the most data

We are a global call center using one interface. Our sever is set to UTC time.  Looking for how others have set any reports to run to try to find a data that represents data for a specific region.  If I run a report at 1 am UTC, our AP regions daily report represents two different half days
