Performance Document - Additional Filters

Is it possible to add additional filters such as Location or Legal Entity in the Performance Documents page ? Our HR Specialists would like to bulk release the performance document back to the managers after review, however there's no option to select employees based on location or LE's - the system only allows to narrow down the results based on Department or Manager.
