Percent of Waiting Incidents Auto Closed vs Closed by AgentContent
I have a requirement to show the percentage of waiting incidents auto closed by system based upon CI_HOURS versus incident closed by agents. I know this will be the transactions table and able to get information in 2 separate reports but would like it in one report and also showing the percentage of each closed.
