What information needs to considered at the start of complete application

Hi All,

We are going to start implementing sales application for a customer. Customer bought all the modules of Fusion applications like HCM, SCM, ERP along with Sales Cloud.

Can you please let me know what are most important points that needs to considered at the start of this kind of implementation, any one has any idea?
