We have a requirement in our project , please share your valuable inputs

Requirements

Customer will pay in advance some amount  and then will raise invoice. invoice amount will be less than or equal the advance amount. there are more than 1000 customer and they have multiple transactions for each month. 

Let take an example to explain it

Jan-2021  Advance received 1000  Invoice 800, Balance at end 200

Feb 2021 Advance received 1500 invoiced 1200 Balance at end 500 (200+300)

In AR we have to first create invoice and then apply receipt.

We need to automate this.
