Time in a certain disposition

Need a report that will show how long an incident has been in a certain disposition.

Hi, would anyone have any idea how we can show how long an incident has been in a certain disposition? For example, I need to know how long a case has had the Definition = Defect

Or, can we show what incidents were assigned a certain disposition for a period? For example, I need to know what are the cases that have been updated with "Defect" disposition for the last week.
