Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to as Manager
2. Access Me > Career and Performance > Talent Profile
3. Scroll down to Talent Readiness and you can see and edit this content
4. Log in as Employee and follow the same steps and you will not see talent readiness

Manager still needs to see this content when viewing their direct reports
1. My Team > Quick Actions > Talent Profile
2. Select employee name
3.Scroll Down to Talent Readiness and expand and confirm editing capability

So, the main requirement is manger when will navigate through My Team will be able to see Edit button for direct reportees but when manager will navigate to Me for own, will not be able to see edit button. So how we will achieve this
