Hi, has anyone ever been able to get the search filter incidents.search_thread to function?
Our users want to search their incident reports by keywords, in the same way they would in Outlook to look for a past email.
I'm following the instructions at https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2252/ to add incidents.search_thread to a report but it's not functioning as I would expect.
It’s a simple report which displays unresolved incidents and it runs fine to return 600 results.
But as soon as I try and search something in the incidents.search_thread the report is extremely slow (minutes without doing anything), it mostly won't return results and sets itself to deferred execution and/or crashes.
