Performance document that is shared between employee and colleague, not line manager

Summary

Have a 'good conversation' with anyone within the organization, not just the line manager

Content

My organization has a new 'review' process. It comes down to having a 'good conversation' with anybody you want within the organization about your goals and any other stuff that you would like to talk about.

In the current goals & performance management functionalities, the line manager always needs to be part of the process. Before responsive UI, you could state in the performance document type configuration whether the employee himself could choose the manager. But when the profile option on responsive UI is set on Yes (which we have and need) this possibility is not available anymore.

Howdy, Stranger!
