Performance Review Periods - Performance and Probation reviews

Hi,

Our organisation has 4 types of performance reviews:

  • A mid-year and end-year performance review (Jan and July every year)
    • Eligibility and document created manually
  • A mid-probation and end-probation review (3 months and 6 months from start date)
    • Eligibility and document created automatically using Eligibility Batch Process

What’s the best way to handle such situations ?

Should I just created one long review period (eg: 50 years) and associate this review period with each of the 4 performance templates ? The start and end dates would be manually changed to a year for the 2 performance documents whereas the 2 probation documents can be for the entire review period.

Howdy, Stranger!
