Payflex - FSA and HSA Changes - Plans managed at Program Level


Hello Everyone

We are runinng into some issues, with Payflex enrollments especially with the changes. We have all of our plans at Progam level and whenever there is a change in the mid or they unenroll from the plan we are not able to send the FSA or HSA amount they have contributed so far in the year.

Could you please help us with your inputs? Are you sending as of month amount to PayFlex?

What is the best way to handle the changes only file?
