Recommended Best Practices for end of Performance Cycle

Recommended Best Practices for end of Performance Cycle

Content

Hi All-

Can you please share your recommended practices for the end of the Performance cycle?  When our cycle has completed, we have several employees who have not completed their performance documents for various reasons.  We would like to close out these documents and are looking for the best practices to do that.  We are going to be capturing reporting on % complete so I'm thinking our best option may be to cancel the documents.

Please let me know your recommendations and if you could share the processes you use to complete this along with navigation.  I remember awhile back seeing processes to mass complete and cancel documents but I am unable to find the processes in our system.  Does it still exist or is the only way to use a HDL?
