Oracle Recruiting Cloud: Where HRs can see Diversity and Disability information filled out by candid
Summary
Applicants may provide additional information (in standard fields) regarding disabilities and divesity during the submission of their application (or at a later date in the CSP).Content
Hi everyone, could someone clarify this doubt?
In Oracle Recruiting Cloud candidate may provide additional information (in standard fields) regarding disabilities and divesity during the submission of their application (or during the CSP). Where is this information collected? When does it become visible and to whom?
My understanding is that they are not visible as long as they are a candidate and do not have a work relationship with the company. When he/she is converted to an Employee (or other kind of worker), where can HR see that information?
