Is it possible that the value for Allow Holds Resolution Routing has changed from the 21B update for the Incomplete Invoice hold reason?

Hi,

We went to 21B at the weekend and since then one of our Accounts Payable users (who imports scanned image invoices) is now receiving a few "Error in Hold Resolution Routing" BPM worklist notifications each day.

We think the error is because scanned invoices that are duplicates are being deleted before the invoice validation run tries to process them but they no longer exist.

However, this is a usual practice that wasn't creating any error notifications before 21B was deployed.
