It seems we are facing issues where the termed employee is getting stuck in the detected status due to the termination action coming through after the employee is terminated.  As you can see from my attached screenshots, the occurred date is set to day after life event. The issue is because the term action is often approved so that the term date does not get processed until weeks after the employee has left.  We also have no formula attached to the termination action.
