Summary

What is the risk of copy any seeded report, add two columns on a table already in the data model, keeping in the custom folder with a new name and new ESS Job on patch update

Content

Here is the requirement

  1. We need to add 2 additional columns from one of the AP standard report
  2. Create a custom copy of the report which put the report in the custom folder
  3. Open the data model and added two columns already present in one of the table of the existing query
  4. created a ESS Job to assign this custom report

Everything is working fine, but is there any impact on this report during any quarterly future patch/upgrade on the instance even if this report is saved in the custom folder?

Howdy, Stranger!
