Hi Procurement Specialists

 We are implementing Oracle Procurement Cloud, and we are face up to a challenger scenario. We have multiple BUs around the world, and our procurement team needs to choose the best supply conditions considering the buying process in different places of the world.

Our purchasing process has the following steps:

  1. Requisition - usually the requisitioning process is started in an external system, and the documents are created to attend to the local necessity. (Brazil Site)
  2. Negotiation - the supply team receives the requisitions to be negotiated and this process can include many Suppliers around the world. According to the result of the negotiation, the supply team chooses the best BU to buy and receive the materials.
