Results errors when adding multiple fields to analysis


I created a Customer Detail Dashboard using one analysis and one prompt. It was built from the Receivables - Customers Real Time subject area. When the user opens the dashboard, it displays the "No Results" quote (see attachment). I know there are results since when I look at it, I see the list of Customer information.

I've reviewed the subject area access in the Oracle Docs and can confirm the privilege required to access it is on the user profile. Do any of you have any information that might help me get the user access to this?
