Is it feasible to migrate the Performance document History from Coexist Cloud HCM to new Cloud HCM POD ?

We have a customer, who has been using Talent Management in Co-exist Cloud HCM and have their Core HR in the legacy system. Now the customer is planning to move both Core HR and Performance module to Cloud HCM as new implementation.

We are looking into the feasibility to migrate the complete performance history from Coexist HCM to Cloud HCM? As both are Cloud HCM PODs, are there any options to migrate the Performance documents to new PODs

Can you please share your thoughts/experiences on feasibility and steps to do this. One option is store the performance document in the employee's document of records (DOR), but it's not an acceptable option.
