New 21B feature: custom email body

Hi,

We would like to take advantage of the 21B new feature for customizing the email body of the reminders. 

I have setup a custom email body (HTML format) in Manage Collections Preferences. But as I tested, it's still the old, general (for all type of reminders) email body that gets displayed in the email. (like only the old setup is takes into consideration: in message IEX_DEFAULT_EMAIL_MESG).

What should be done, so that the new preference setup (with the HTML format)  to override this existing one?
