Is there a list of tables where the "Manage Geographies" setup is stored?

Looking for SQL Tables for the Manage Geographies setup

Someone has setup some Geography data in the Manage Geographies setup pages which include some hierarchies and Country, City, State, Postal Code information.  In looking through the opening page, I can see that this was done for only 3 Countries.  I'd like to build a SQL query to extract this information so that I can report the countries that are defined... and those that aren't.  In addition, I'd like to be able to leverage the data defined to validate Customer Site addresses entered prior to activating the validations.  I have identified some of the tables but it would be helpful
