Hi - Would like to check if a single requisition can have 2 different cand requisition workflows? If yes. how to set it?

Ideally we are opening up a new careersite for posting jobs internally to be accessible by employees. 

However the workflow should be different than the existing workflow which is more oriented towards external applicants. 

Would also be interested to know how companies are managing external vs internal applicants for same requisition.
