We have a scenario where the employee gets transferred to US (or any country) and his family moves in couple of months. In this situation how the benefits can be handled
1. For employee as per his last date with the current location ends ?
2. His family ideally should be covered for couple of months till they travel - how this can be handled (can we use the proximity days option?) and how they will be enrolled in for new benefits - employee have to enroll ?
