Hi - We are looking for a custom report on Open Requisitions with no offers. 

When I put a filter on Requisition Candidates status to filter out statuses like Offer Extended , Offer Accepted , Offer Declined , Offer negotiation, Hired statuses, the report still shows requisitions with offers.
