You can Cancel a Req (and therefore PO) while the PO has Receipts and Invoices against it

Content

We are wondering what the logic is to allow a user to cancel a Req that has been turned into a PO that has multiple Invoices and Receipts against it?

Situation:

Req for $140,000 created into a PO that is also $140,000. 7 receipts totaling $133,000 and 5 invoices totaling $117,000.

Requester comes in and Cancels the Req - only a reason box pops up.  No warning that there is an active PO with Receipts and Invoices.  PO changes to Canceled - no change order or approval?

Howdy, Stranger!
