Hi,

During every performance review cycle, there is a need to do the page customization in Performance Document pages based on the business requirement.. We have both Mid Year and Annual reviews.

At present, we are using the real users' (Employee, LIne Manager, Matrix Manager) login in the production by resetting their password for some time to complete the page customization. For this, we need to get the exception approval to use the real user's login.

  • We don't want to migrate the customization from the lower environment to production as this causes lots of issues if it fails.
