Summary

If the agreement is expired, will the category item automatically inactive for user to raise requisition

Content

Suppose a BPA status is open and there is no end date at the header level.

But the line is expired and the expiration date filed is populated.

So  will the item be available for user to create a requisition. For example, We have a case where the BPA expiry date is 5 Aug, but the PR has raised and approved on the same day. However the automatic PO creation on 5 August failed due to agreement containing the expired line. We know that when we select the Automatically generate orders option, the automatic conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders is subject to eligibility checks. For example, the agreement must be valid, the agreement must not be expired, and so on. That is why the PO creation failed.

Howdy, Stranger!
