Hi Team,

Our current process, is HR team sends an employment agreement document as an attachment along with the offer and Applicant signs offer electronically and send the employment agreement letter as a separate email (print sign, scan and send). I'm wondering is their a anyway we can also send the employment agreement via ORC and get that signed electronically ( this employment document has few things that applicant has to enter like check if they have any inventions or Not, etc..) Once we have both this document we will start the background check.
