Filter issue - affecting all Agents Dashboard "My Inbox"

Agents use search in the My Inbox and it saves for all usersContent
User A runs a report, My Inbox, with a filter: Search_thread and inters in the customer PO. This entry somehow ends up being populated in other employees report filters. User B runs the same report, My Inbox and gets ZERO results and has to remove the PO that User A put into the report.
In the attached picture, you can see PO7100008299 in the search thread. I did not add this. I found this when I got back strange results from my inbox search
