Spouse not covered by OHIP is not eligible for Medical Plan - configuration

Currently for Medical we have two options 1) Medical Single 2) Medical Family and it is configured to be automatically assigned as per the correct eligibility. The issue is now, if the Spouse is not covered by OHIP then he/she is not eligible and the Participant should get the Single option. Currently the eligibility is not configured to check any OHIP status either for Participants or it's dependents. That is why it is getting the Family Option. As a quick around, I did an eligibility override and now the the participant sees the Single Plan as well but not able to change

Howdy, Stranger!
