Option to reset search filters in contact search report
SummaryHow can we enable agents to reset the search fields to serve the next customer?
We have an issue with search reports when agents use them; when they finished an incident for which they used search fields in a search report, then they want to have an option to clear all search fields to perform their next search for another customer.
However, we have not found such an option.
Is it possible to make this functionality? Or have you found another workaround?
