Benefits life event box and name not aligning

A Marriage Life Event was created to allow the employee to make changes to their benefits.  When changing their election, the selection boxes under the "who do you want to cover" section don't line up with the names of the dependents and don't provide the functionality to allow the employee to check the boxes. Anyone else experience this?
