Dear all,

I tried to find the topic category for Talent review but without success.

Could you please let us know where did you allow your employees to see their final talent ratings coming from Talent review?

In Me - Career and Performance - there is a tile labelled as "Talent ratings" about which we understood should be used by managers; we have decided to also enable it for our employees and this works.
We were though wondering ourselves where does Oracle intend to display the final talent rating coming from Talent review meetings to the employees?
