We have a requirement to push single operation along with operation sequence from the Maintenance Cloud to Field Service and a single operation may require varied skillsets resource over a span of time , first it may need MECHANICAL guy and then followed by it it will require a say ELECTRICAL guy. What is the mechanism available in OFSC to capture each of the guy's labor hour - I mean labor hour spent by MECHANICAL guy on operation and labor hour spent by ELECTRICAL guy on operation separately.....
