REJECT button is missing in the Performance Document Approval Notification

How to enable the Reject button similar to Approve button

Hi,

Currently, we have the following tasks in the performance document,

1. Manage Evaluation
2. Approval
3. Confirm Review Meeting
4. Final Feedback

After the manager evaluation, approval triggers to the 2nd level manager.  So 2nd level manager can Approve or Reject wither from the bell notification or Email.

But, if the 2nd level manager wants to review, there is an option to click from the notification " Go to Performance Document". Once it is opened, click on See more details take to the approval page and in the top right Approva button is visible. Here, we need to bring the Reject button along with the Approve button,
