Access Business Object externally

Hi Team,
 
How can we access the Business Objects outside the VB application? I have created BO in my application and tried to access the BO from postman, But it's throwing 401 unauthorized error.
 
I have enabled the below options in application level (refer screenshot BO 1). And i have staged the application also. And tried by creating user role and assigned the user (refer screenshot BO 2). Still facing the 401 error.
 
Need your suggestions in this and point out if I'm missing something.
