We have a recurring supplemental earning named Severance Pay.  The Latest Entry Date is set to Final Close.  We are able to create an element entry on terminated employees whose assignment status is Inactive-Payroll Eligible.  When we run payroll, the severance pay element is not processed and I don't understand why.

How do other customers pay recurring severance earnings in the US and Canada?  Maybe there is a configuration that is incorrect.
