contacts.any_phone_raw is not returning data when searching for Contact Phone Alt 3

We have a search report set up that utilizes contacts.any_phone_raw which based on the Data Dictionary should search within any phone number field on the contact, including all the alts. However, when using this report with a phone number on a contacts Phone Alt 3 field, the contact is not returned. This is not the case when searching for any other Alt Phone Number, the problem only happens when searching specifically for the Phone Alt 3 field. 

 

Example: 

I have a contact setup with the following phone numbers: 

Phone: 123456789

Phone Alt 2: 123456788

Phone Alt 3: 123456777

Phone Alt 4: 123456666

Phone Alt 5: 123455555

When I run the report populating the Phone field with the phone number in Phone, Phone Alt 2, Phone Alt 4, or Phone Alt 5 the contact is returned as expected. When I run the report populating the Phone field with the phone number in Phone Alt 3, there are no records returned.
