Can we create a claim process in Oracle Benefits so that employees can claim directly ?
My client has a claim process in their current portal where the Employees can claim the medical expenses incurred and the process pays them back directly to their payroll. It has been a feature in their Employee Portal for a long time and they want the same to be reflected once Oracle Cloud is implemented.
Is there any process currently to use or any page that can be created to address this issue as its very critical for the client?
