Performance: Manager Evaluation_Submit

Hi,

I am seeking the possibilities (if the last step of the performance process is the manager evaluation), how the managers can be notified that this is the last step of the process, and their evaluation will be shared.

I was thinking of the description change of the Submit button on the manager evaluation page (but if I change it, the submit button will also be changed on the workers' side).

The other idea to have a popup message. However, I am not sure how can create a popup message on the evaluation page.
