How to execute Worker Category in Elegibility Profile

Summary:

Content (required): I have provided a screenshot where there is no Worker Category in the criteria of Eligibility Profile. We have set a two Worker Categories in CORE HR for a blue collar and white collar employees, and we are now on investigation on how to use it on Eligibility Profile for the Performance Document. Can anyone suggest on how to do it?
