Summary: Unable to Add New Dependent in Test OE then Continue to Enrollments - Getting Error Message

Error = There was a problem running the participation evaluation process. The process has failed with the error ORA-0000: normal, successful completion. If you're the benefits administrator, review the log files to find out more details.

Any tips or ideas on this issue?

The new dependent was added with effective dates that fall within the OE parameters. Not sure what else could be causing the issue.
