Summary:

Hello, we are trying to activate RCS Matches and the LinkedIn candidate import profile option within our ORC module.

We have completed the configuration but the application is not responding as expected.

Has anyone else experienced this issue within ORC and if so were you able to resolve?

I am attaching screen shots for your information and any assistance would be appreciated.
