Previously Certified Dependents

Hello!

Client is just about to go live with their first open enrollment. Looking for ways to 'bypass' certification requirements for all of those employee who have previously enrolled and provided documentation.

Is this possible? I don't want to bypass them all this year by not setting up the plan properly and then everyone be asked next year bc they are not on record in the system. I am not seeing any kind of HDL option here.
