Candidate Notification on Screening Service

We have a screening service assessment with pymetrics. The assessment is currently configured up on certain requisitions. Currently candidates receive a notification to complete the assessment after they apply to these requisitions. However, we noticed the completion rate is not that high. Is there a way we can set up a notification up front in the application for these requisitions alerting candidates they will be asked to complete an assessment?
