We have 4 Medical plans - 3 of these Med plans have options EE,EE+SP,EE+CH,EE+FAM and the 4th plan is a Waive plan with no options defined.

From next year onwards, we want to remove EE option and give employees a new option ,say, XX. We want to default all employees regardless of what option they were enrolled in currently to the Waive plan for Open Enrollment. For this, on making the Waive plan as default for Open event, it is defaulting all employees to Waive plan except the employees who are currently enrolled in the option EE (which is not available from next year ). What can be done to default employees in old EE option from last year to the Waive plan for Open event?
