Hi,
we are experiencing an issue. We configured an Onboarding Task with the following features: Task Type: Document; Performer: Worker; Action Name: Hire (see the screenshot 'Onboarding_Task.PNG'). The task gives to the worker the possibility to add an attachment among his/her document records. However when the worker, opens the assigned task and tries to add the attachment, clicking on 'Complete' an error appears and does not allow to track the task as completed (see the screenshot 'Error_message.PNG')
Hoping someone has some suggestions.
