How to use "Context segment fields" in requisition approval matrix

Summary:

Does any one know how can we use "Context segment fields" in requisition approval matrix

Content (required):

We have created a DFF context segment field (Business Justification) with values of "New Position" and "Replacement". If the user select as "Replacement" then next fields to capture the "Replaced Employee EmplID" will be captured.

Now the issue is that I have to use this DFF - business justification in my approval matrix, but after sync - I cannot see the field to be used directly. Does anyone has any suggestion?
